(3)空气。羊肚菌在不同生长阶段对空气的要求也各不相同。在羊肚菌的菌丝生长阶段,其对空气并不存在明显的要求,然而在其子实体的分化以及生长发育阶段对空气较为敏感。一旦空气中二氧化碳的含量超过了0.3%,其子实体就会表现为瘦弱、畸形甚至腐烂。因此,在羊肚菌的籽实体形成以及生长发育阶段要加强对温室大棚的通风换气。
